  • At Custom Auto Craft, we make every effort to use our expertise in writing a through and comprehensive damage report
  • This “Damage Report”, or estimate as it is more commonly called, is a visual inspection list containing the needs to your vehicle to return it to pre-accident condition.
  • Accurate damage identification is extremely important when your vehicle is actually in the shop. Speedy repairs can be made by having all parts on hand before the repair begins.
  • Consequently, you may find items included on your “Damage Report” that may have been overlooked from other estimates. Please ask for further explanation from our staff.

Informative and Efficient

I have used them before when someone banged into my car and they did a great job. This time, a different car, I backed into a low wall and cracked a rear light. I stopped by and they checked it out and called the next day with information. The next morning I dropped the car off and it was ready that afternoon. They (I mostly dealt with Eric) were friendly, informative, efficient. It’s wonderful to have them in my neighborhood even I hope I’ll never need their services again.

I Recommend Them

Just got in my first accident in 15 years, and thank god for these guys, specifically Eddie. My insurance contacted them, and he contacted me. He set up a tow company to pick me up, only took 15 minutes! While there, he offered me water as we went through the paperwork and he explained everything which was extremely helpful. Custom Auto Craft may not look like a fancy 5-star body shop from the outside, but they absolutely are 5-star! The service is outstanding from the estimating portion all the way to the delivery. I won’t tell you how I got here but I will say that Eddie is AWESOME! He’s super nice, knows his stuff, and is passionate about his job. I truly appreciate the work they did on my car. Heros!

My wife and I got into an accident right in front of the shop. Someone took a left turn right into us. Eddie and Eric ran out immediately. Gave us bottled water. Arranged to keep our car in their lot, they drove us to the car rental shop and hooked us up with a rental car. They also had us speak to an attorney who was very calming. These guys were unbelievable. They went so far beyond the call of duty it’s was truly touching. They have my business for life. People like this deserve your business. Efficient and Honest

Custom Auto Craft was efficient, honest, 100% perfect at what they do. Their personalities were funny kind and truthful. No bs. Extremely accommodating and they do want the best for you. Fantastic Auto Repair Center

Custom Auto Craft is a fantastic auto repair collision center! Their customer service was on point the entire time my SUV was being serviced. Eddie, the Office Manager, was super communicative from the moment I dropped off my vehicle until I picked it up. I received regular emails from him and phone calls with updates on the progress of the repair. Although my repair took longer than expected due to part delivery delays because of the pandemic, they did a great job at keeping me in the loop and made sure they were doing everything they could to stay on track. Lucy, the appraiser, was also very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained what the repair process would entail, what parts would need to be replaced, how the paint job would look, and how they would be working closely with my insurance to make sure my SUV was properly fixed and made to look as good as new.
